5 Year Replacement Warranty with 2 Years Plumber’s Labour (Digital mixers used in domestic/ residential dwellings only)

Terms and Conditions 

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below (including the terms of the Felton Finish Warranty), Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees that the electronic components of Felton Digital branded products stated to have a “5 year warranty” (products) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.  Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.

This warranty is effective for 5 years from the date of purchase and covers the electronic parts of the product only (excluding batteries) and includes a labour warranty that applies for 2 years from the date of purchase for the reasonable cost of plumber’s labour relating solely to repairing or replacing the product hardware. You must retain proof of purchase of the product (such as an invoice or receipt) and proof of the original installation by a registered plumber and provide these to Felton on request.  You must also provide Felton with evidence of the reasonable cost of the plumber’s labour to repair or replace the products.

This warranty is for manufacturing defects to the electronic components only and does not cover any damage to product due to abuse, negligence or improper installation. This warranty is given on the understanding and is strictly subject to the product being originally installed by a registered plumber and operated according to Felton’s installation guide and the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS3500.  For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not apply to the finish of the product which is covered by the Felton Finish Warranty below only.

This warranty is provided to persons who are a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 only and applies where the product has been used in domestic/residential dwellings only (and not for commercial use). This warranty is not transferrable (including to any subsequent owner of the dwelling) and applies to the purchaser of the product only.

This warranty does not cover and expressly excludes:

• any consumable items (e.g. batteries, filters, installation fittings) supplied with the products.
• damage, problems or unsatisfactory performance caused to the electronic hardware by:
  1. faulty or incorrect electrical wiring, incorrect power supply, voltage fluctuations, over voltage transient spikes or electromagnetic interference not originating within the electronic hardware.
  2. incorrect or poor installation or application
  3. operation at conditions outside the operating conditions specified in the Felton Digital technical or sales data applicable to that electronic hardware.
  4. reconfiguration of the digital interface by the user.

Felton Finish Warranty

Felton warrants the product finish to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use, and service in a residential/domestic dwelling for:

• 5 years from the date of purchase for chrome and PVD finishes.
• 2 years from date of purchase for black finishes.

The Felton Finish Warranty is subject to and does not cover damage caused by the use of an unsuitable cleaner.  For the avoidance of doubt, at no stage should any surface coatings be cleaned with cleaning agents that contain a corrosive acid or a scouring additive. Surface coatings should be cleaned with soft microfibre cloth with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Any damage caused by an unsuitable cleaner will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers the product finish only. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded. You must retain proof of purchase of the product (such as an invoice or receipt) and provide this to Felton on request.

5 Year Replacement Warranty with 2 Years Plumber’s Labour (Feltonmix used in domestic/ residential dwellings only)

Terms and Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions below, Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees that Feltonmix mixers (mixer) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.

This warranty covers the supply of replacement parts only for 5 years from the date of purchase and includes a labour warranty that applies for a 2 year period from the date of purchase for the reasonable cost of plumber’s labour relating solely to repairing or replacing the mixer. You must retain proof of purchase of the mixer (such as an invoice or receipt) and proof of the original installation by a registered plumber and provide these to Felton on request.  You must also provide Felton with evidence of the reasonable cost of the plumber’s labour to repair or replace the mixer. 

This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damage to the mixer due to abuse, negligence or improper installation. This warranty is given on the understanding and is strictly subject to the product being originally installed by a registered plumber and operated according to Felton’s installation guide and the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS3500.

This warranty is provided to persons who are a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 only and applies where the product has been used in domestic/residential dwellings only (and not for commercial use). This warranty is not transferrable (including to any subsequent owner of the dwelling) and applies to the purchaser of the product only.

5 Year Replacement Warranty with 1 Year limited Plumber’s Labour (Slide Showers, Shower head & Bath Spouts used in domestic/ residential dwellings)

Terms and Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions below (including the Felton Finish Warranty), Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees [Felton slide showers, shower heads and bath spouts] (products) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.

This warranty covers the supply of replacement parts only for 5 years from the date of purchase and a limited labour warranty that applies for a 1 year period from the date of purchase for the reasonable cost of plumber’s labour relating solely to repairing or replacing the product. This warranty applies to installations in both wet and dry areas, as well as to bath spouts (where installation by a licensed plumber is required. You must retain proof of purchase of the products Mixer (such as an invoice or receipt) and provide this to Felton on request.  You must also provide Felton with evidence of the cost of the plumber’s reasonable labour cost to repair or replace the product.

For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not apply to the finish of the product which is covered by the Felton Finish Warranty below only.

5 Year Replacement Warranty with 1 Year limited Labour (Heated Towel Warmers used in domestic/ residential dwellings)

Terms and Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below (including the terms of the Felton Finish Warranty), Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees Felton heated towel warmers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.  This warranty does not apply to any driver components of the heated towel warmers (if any).

This warranty covers the supply of replacement parts only for 5 years from the date of purchase and includes a limited labour warranty that applies for a 1 year period only from the date of purchase for the reasonable cost of electrician’s labour relating solely to repairing or replacing the heated towel warmers. This warranty applies in relation to faults arising from manufacturing defects, not issues caused by incorrect installation. You must retain proof of purchase of the heated towel warmers (such as an invoice or receipt) and provide this to Felton on request.  You must also provide Felton with evidence of the cost of the electrician’s labour to repair or replace the heated towel warmers.

This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damage to the product due to abuse, negligence or improper installation. This warranty is given on the understanding and is subject to the product being originally installed by a registered electrician and installed and operated according to Felton’s installation guide and the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS3500. This warranty is provided to persons who are a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 only and applies where the product has been used in domestic/residential dwellings only (and not for commercial use). Felton Finish Warranty

Felton warrants the product finish to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use, and service in a residential/domestic dwelling for:

• 5 years from the date of purchase for heated towel warmers with a chrome or PVD finish.
• 2 years from the date of purchase for heated towel warmers with a black finish.

The Felton Finish Warranty is subject to and does not cover damage caused by the use of an unsuitable cleaner.  For the avoidance of doubt, at no stage should any surface coatings be cleaned with cleaning agents that contain a corrosive acid or a scouring additive. Subject to the terms and conditions set out below (including the terms of the Felton Finish Warranty), Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees [Oxijets, accessories & spare parts] (products) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.

This warranty covers the supply of replacement parts only for 5 years from the date of purchase.  To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not include installation of the replacement parts. You must retain proof of purchase of the products (such as an invoice or receipt) and provide this to Felton on request.

This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damage to the product due to abuse, negligence or improper installation. This warranty is given on the understanding and is subject to the product being installed and operated according to Felton’s installation guide and the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS3500. Subject to the terms and conditions below (including the terms of the Felton Finish Warranty), Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees [Felton tapware and shower mixers (which are non-digital)] (products) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty applies to products that are non-digital only.  A separate 5 year replacement warranty applies to digital mixers.

This warranty covers the supply of replacement parts only for 20 years from the date of purchase and includes a labour warranty that applies for a 2 year period only from the date of purchase for the reasonable cost of plumber’s labour relating solely to repairing or replacing the product. Subject to the terms and conditions below and except where Felton products are promoted as “Not for Commercial Use”, Felton Industries Limited (Felton) guarantees the [slide showers, shower head, bath spouts, Oxijets, accessories & spare parts, heated towel warmers, driver components of the heated towel warmers] (products)  will be free from defects in materials and workmanship in a commercial application for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Where Felton products are stated to be “Not for Commercial Use” they should not be used in a commercial application and if they are used in a commercial application neither this warranty nor any other warranty applies. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.

This warranty is effective for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers supply of replacement parts only, not including installation. You must retain proof of purchase of the products (such as an invoice or receipt) and provide this to Felton on request.

This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover any damage to the product due to abuse, negligence or improper installation. This warranty is given on the understanding and is strictly subject to the product being originally installed by a registered plumber and installed and operated according to Felton’s installation guide and the Australian/New Zealand standard AS/NZS3500. 

This warranty applies to products used in a commercial application only and is therefore not intended to apply to persons who are a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where Felton products are stated to be “Not for Commercial Use” they should not be used in a commercial application and if they are used in a commercial application neither this warranty nor any other warranty applies. Fair wear and tear is expressly excluded.

This warranty covers the supply of replacement parts only for 1 year from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not include installation of the replacement parts.
